Strategy Deployment Concept

Strategy Deployment architecture is the design for everything that is required to switch quickly from:

• Vision to strategy to action (vertical alignment).
• (Changing) goals / subgoals to the corresponding changes in among others things projects / activity portfolio, reporting systems and HR systems (horizontal alignment).

From top to bottom, the steps WHAT-HOW-WHAT-HOW, the HOW of strategy deployment is further worked out (from goals to subgoals, to action).  Vice versa the WHAT questions is constantly linked to the strategy and the vision (from action to subgoals, to main goals, to Key Success Factors (KSF's)).
